Hi I'm Sarah Descolines! I am a Catholic Certified Mentor (through the CatholicPsych Institute) who has been trained in the CPMAP (Catholic Psych Model of Applied Personalism) program, who is dedicated to walking alongside those seeking deeper healing, clarity, peace and freedom in their daily lives. My work integrates psychology, reason, and faith through the lens of St. John Paul II’s philosophy of personalism, honoring the dignity and uniqueness of each individual person. As a wife and mother myself, I understand the complexities of family life and working out our salvation through our vocation.
